Resources and Online access

Library

The Academy has a library located on the ground floor of the campus. All of the material relevant to courses taught is held at the Library and/or is available electronically. Most electronic resources are available both on and off campus. During the Orientation period students will find out more details about access, accessibility and opening hours, group study room and library responsible.

Student Email

Each student will be assigned a professional personalised email account that they can use in order to communicate with the school and prospective employers or to create accounts on professional platforms as Linked In. As with any other resource of the school, we kindly ask you to use the email responsibly and to obey the internet usage rules and regulations.

Online Campus

OnlineCampus is an online platform that keeps you connected to all the important information and events taking place in the Academy. Through OnlineCampus you can have quick 24/7 access to news, schedule, grades, courses, attendance, resources, handouts, online library, information about internships, forms, faculty, student handbook and academic rules & regulations

Demonstration Kitchen

Where specialist visiting, and local chefs teach their skills to students in a demonstration environment.

Patisserie Kitchen

Training of the skills required for pastry, breads and cake making – as well as petit fours, sugar and chocolate skills are taught.
